Six Flags

We had a FABULOUS time at Six Flags on Thursday (Thanks, Alicia!!!). The kids were so excited when we got there and they found out where we were, and the girls screamed their heads off when they found out about the Drake Bell concert. The weather was wonderful, the lines were short...it was just almost perfect! And Drake Bell put on an awesome show! To make it an even better day, we got a very nice blessing to take with us right before we left from a family member (thank you!!! We love you!), which made the day very inexpensive for us. I will be posting some pictures and possibly video very soon!

I am loving this sweeping thing! Yesterday morning I won a $10 Red Robin gift card, a $5 KFC gift card, and a $10 gas card! Yay me!

Today, I had absolutely no wins. Well, until now, that is...

You're just really not gonna believe this!!

But it's true!

I played the Coke game yet again, and I finally won! What did I win? Another 4pack of Six Flags tickets!!!!!!!! I was shocked! Am I just having the most blessed week or what??? I took a screen cap so you could see what the winning screen looks like...it's a little blurry though!


I am just feeling so thankful! God is really giving me favor with these games!! It just goes to show that he loves to bless his people!

The great thing about this is:

A) When we purchased our 5th ticket at the gate Thursday, we decided to make it a six-day pass for the same price just IN CASE we happened to win more tickets...that way we would already have that fifth ticket. Guess what? Now we don't have that added expense!
B) When we were there on Thursday, we bought the souvenir cups for our drinks, which included free refills for the day and 99 cent refills for the entire season. Which means...instead of paying $3.50 for each small drink next time, we will only pay 99 cents for a very LARGE drink!

In conclusion...our next trip will be extremely inexpensive, considering that those two items were the big spendings of the day, aside from the gas money!

We are thinking that when we go next time, we would like to make it a two-day trip. We could stay the night in a hotel (hmm wonder if I can win that too?) and then go to the St Louis zoo the next day (free admission!). How fun would that be???

Boy, for people who didn't think they were going to be able to take any trips this summer, we are faring pretty well! I said it before, and I'll say it again...God is SO GOOD!
